CoCo PRIVACY POLICY

CoCo ID

In order to use some features of CoCo Services, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name, mobile phone number and email address).

Payment

If you purchase CoCo Service, CoCo devices on our website, you must provide your payment information, like your name, debit/credit card number with CVV code, expiration date and shipping address.

CoCo Device

When you user CoCo devices, your device collects your health data (Heart Rate, Body Temperature and Blood Oxygen) and Activity data (Steps, distances, exercise type and exercise time) which is varies for different devices. When the data is synced to CoCo App, the data is recorded on your devices is transferred to CoCo servers.

Geolocation

We optionally collect the Geolocation data from GPS signal, Wi-Fi APs and cell tower IDs when you use location-based features like ECT call, enable Location tracking and log in CoCo App.

General information

The language, time (time zone and time format) from your mobile devices.

Metadata

When you send a post, you have made available through CoCo services, such as a shared photo, video or record which was taken or posted.

Additional information

At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender, date of birth, height, weight, medical conditions, allergies and DNR, profile photo, address) about yourself, but it is not required.

To help you track your health, you may choose to provide us with your goals of sleep, exercise time, weight and steps.

For the social feature and Emergency call, you may also connect with friends and invite friends by providing their mobile phone numbers and email addresses or using the contact list on your mobile device. We do not save your contact list after the invitation is sent.

In order to remind you to take medicine in time, you can choose to refine your medicine information, set your daily schedule.

If you connect us for support service, we may collect your mobile device model, system version and contact information.

Provide Services

In order to deliver the CoCo Services, we need your information we collected, like: We track your health and activities data to show you the trend and generate report. We access your pictures to send a post.

Enhance Services

We use your information to develop new features, improve performances and better personalize services.
For high-performance health advisories, we user your demographic information and your goals to provide you unique report and analysis.

Connect with you

We connect with you by email, SMS, which we may send you the new products introduction, temporary password, weekly report.
We respond by phone call or email you when you ask for a support.

We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

We partner with other parties to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
